In July’s Evening Lecture Series by Malaysian Dental Association – Southern Zone, Vatech Malaysia’s Marketing Manager, Joseph Yeoh, conducted an informative and actionable marketing session named ‘Value Identification and Managing Change’ to a group of dental practitioners.

To keep things simple, fun, and engaging, Joseph incorporated gamification into the 2 hour session. From experience, gamification helps participants relate better during a training session compared to passive presentation slides or watching a training video – both of which represent one direction communication.
We were glad that our participants had fun during the session as puzzles, discussion boards and flip cards enhanced their focus and motivation, besides providing them the freedom to try, explore and discover.
